libgcc_s_dw2-1.dll missing

I downloaded the Pre-releases build for win32.

Running examples\load_dwg.exe I get the error libgcc_s_dw2-1.dll missing.

What am I missing, is it ok to use the Pre-releases or it is better to build the lib from sources using visual studio 2019

To use it with Visual Studio / Window, you have to build it from sources.
