Can not open the attached dwg file

Steps to reproduce the issue:
Call function 'dwg_read_file' to read the attached dwg file

Result:
The following error is reported.

Failed to process dwg file: RuntimeError: Aborted(Assertion failed: (long)pos >= (long)comp_offset, at: ../../src/decode.c,1309,decompress_R2004_section). Build with -sASSERTIONS for more info.

which broken compiler is this on?
