[FEATURE]: Display Pending Signature Requests on Nextcloud Dashboard Widget #6252

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, users must open the LibreSign app to see documents that require their signature. This makes it easy to overlook pending signature requests, especially for users who frequently work from the Nextcloud Dashboard.
Other Nextcloud apps (such as Approval / Workflow) already display pending tasks directly on the Dashboard, which provides a more seamless user experience.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add a Dashboard Widget for LibreSign that shows:
A list of documents that require the user’s signature
Status indicators (e.g., pending, overdue)
Optional quick actions (e.g., “Open to sign”)
The widget should appear on the main Nextcloud Dashboard, similar to how other apps display pending tasks and notifications.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Using email notifications only → Not reliable for users who prefer working inside Nextcloud.
Checking LibreSign manually → Not convenient and increases the chance of missing important signature requests.
Additional context
This feature improves visibility and usability for organizations where digital signatures are part of daily workflows.
It would align LibreSign with other Nextcloud apps that provide Dashboard integration.
