Add support for MultiQC and maybe other tools

Add support for https://multiqc.info/. MultiQC has been gaining popularity over time, it is well maintained, and has increased in capacity over time (years ago it wasn't compatible with some of the tools we use in SPEAQeasy). As part of the refactoring for #96, it'll be good to consider which other tools we want to add add to SPEAQeasy.
