Hi LIBERO team,
I’m encountering compatibility challenges when trying to use LIBERO in an environment with the following specs:
GPU: RTX 5070 Ti
CUDA version: 12.8
PyTorch version: 2.7.0
Python version: 3.9 and above (required for PyTorch 2.7+)
It seems that LIBERO's setup currently requires Python 3.8, which prevents me from installing the compatible version of PyTorch for my GPU. Downgrading Python isn't viable due to hardware constraints.
I'd like to ask:
Is there any plan to support Python ≥3.9 for LIBERO?
Are there known workarounds or unofficial forks that enable compatibility with newer environments?
Would contributing PRs to migrate LIBERO to newer versions of Python/PyTorch be welcomed?
Thanks in advance for your great work—LIBERO is an exciting project and I'd love to be able to use it on my current hardware!
Best regards, Zell
