`docs-make` CI failures due to insufficient disk space

The CI "Build (& deploy) Docs" (docs-make) has recently been failing.

Search for "MB)" in the log and we can observe that CUDA libraries are major consumers of disk space, and we do not need them for GitHub Actions.
