HSS_Vjs

This directory fix two HSS issues over polarfire:

• Only one hart (u54) avaiable;
• Only 8 L2 Ways avaiable;

• All modifications here were applied over HSS 2021.11 version: https://github.com/polarfire-soc/hart-software-services/releases

• If you are curious about changes, search for tag FIX at all repo comments.

With this repo:

• We can have 4 harts at polarfire;
• We can provide 12 L2 ways;
