Re-enable `alectryon`

At this moment alectryon does not support Rocq 9.0. So it has been temporarily disabled in #6, specifically a6606bc.

This issue is about re-enabling alectryon when it supports Rocq 9.0.

Re-enabled in 2a7507f.

Alectryon fails to build with

Error: extra argument expected after option -Q.

See the failing workflow log https://github.com/LindenRegex/Warblre/actions/runs/22281430539/job/64452584081?pr=6#step:10:34. I am not familiar enough with Alectryon to pin down what the issue is. Maybe I incorrectly migrated?

Side-note:

When migrating I noticed a non-documented breaking change of the python API stemming from cpitclaudel/alectryon@90f260c. coq_partition was no longer a top level API and CoqParser().partition() must be used instead.

Thanks a lot, this was very helpful. I think the problem is fixed on next and the webpage generation works when I try it locally.
