[Question] Convert TimeStamp *hival value to DateTime

Hello, is is possible to map column of DB type TimeStamp and somehow set it's value to DateTime property of mapped entity, when the value in database is *hival?

*Hival value of timestamp is 9999-12-31-24.00.00 but DateTime.MaxValue is 9999-12-31 23:59:59.9999

I finally got around to checking this out in lue of upgrading to linq2db v6. Unfortunately this is a limitation of the underlying ADO.net providers that try to automatically parse column values based on schema and throw an exception. The only driver than can work around this is OleDb that has an option to map dates to strings in the connection string. Perhaps I will support hival for this driver in the upcoming v6 release, although I hardly think anyone uses this driver.

@spudcz v6.0.0 was released, but I opted not to support this for a single provider, so unfortunately for the time this is not supported.
