Update to 0.9.44

Applies all updates from 0.9.34 to 0.9.44 (see release here).

• Updates libremarkable to 0.7.0
  • Now supports the env LIBREMARKABLE_FB_DISFAVOR_INTERNAL_RM2FB and no longer needs PLATO_DISABLE_BUILTIN_SWTFB_CLIENT. See Readme.md#Environment variables for this port for more.
• Now no longer HW Rotates on the rM 1 by default. Can be re-enabled by setting PLATO_ALLOW_HW_ROTATION=1.
• This release should fix Breaks with newer rust #25
