CBOR transactions are not canonical

I am having trouble signing a v2.liqwid.finance transaction, as seen from my issue posted. vacuumlabs/cardano-hw-cli#201

Many wallets, like Eternl, are able to detect it, but `cardano-hw-cli` requires it being in CBOR canonical format before signing. When `cardano-hw-cli` manually corrects it before signing, the hash changes, thus unable to be uploaded to the chain.
