[Bug] Known issues on client side

Events:

• PlayerJumpEvent not work
• PlayerChangePermEvent not work on client host

Events differences:

• PlayerInteractBlockEvent: mBlock is always std::nullopt

Commands:

• Commands registered by LeviLamina do not provide any prompts on the client.

Others:

• If debug console is not enabled in LeviLauncher, after joined world, CrashLogger pops command window

It seems to me that the registration of commands does not work.
