Chat closed by cron

Hello, I use the paid version of chat.

I have an intermittent problem. When an operator transfers a department chat, the chat ends up displaying: Chat closed by cron.

What path should I take to fix this?

I believe it is disabled as shown in the image below

you have other time set, pending in queue. Which triggers it :)
