Autoclose chat using visitor timeout

Hello, I have lhc integrated with Whatsapp, I would like after 2 minutes the visitor doesn´t write the chat send an alert message and after 3 minutes it closes. I have tried with autoresponder and with the option "Automatically close active chat if from last visitor/operator" but since it is not via webchat I cannot obtain chat status, I have to do it for time.

It depends on chat status how to do it.

1. For active chats you can just use auto responder to send those.
2. Just I need to extend auto responder that there could be possible to choose trigger for responder messages if visitor is not replying. Or just you can use higher timeout for automatic chat closing. https://doc.livehelperchat.com/docs/auto-close-delete

For sending those messages for bot chats you can try to follow this

You can have something like that for active cahts. Where the last trigger is a close trigger

And for bot chats you can just follow documentation or just setup auto close flow.

Hi @remdex, thanks for answer, I think use auto-responder and bot to close chat is the best way but I can't see the multiple tiggers option in the "Visitor not replying messages" tab, there is only multiple options in "Operator not replying" tab.
