GLPI bot integration

Hello all!
I'm trying to open tickets in GLPI through the chat.
I followed the steps in the documentation (https://doc.livehelperchat.com/docs/integrating/GLPI) but it's not working, I always get the return message: "You have weak internet connection or the server has problems. Try to refresh the page or send the message again. Error code [200]To many calls to process trigger! C_ID [12] T_ID [7]"
I'm using the command option to create.
Does anyone have any tips on what it could be?
