How to Automatically Open Live Helper Chat Widget with a Welcome Message?

Hi everyone,

I'm currently using Live Helper Chat on my website and I was wondering:
Is it possible to have the chat widget open automatically when a user visits the page, and send an automated welcome message without the user having to click the widget?

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
