Duplicate chat widgets and welcome messages showing on my website #2252

Hi there,

I'm experiencing a strange issue on my website where two chat widgets are being displayed at the same time, along with two separate welcome messages for the visitor. This is confusing for users and makes the chat appear duplicated.

Here are a few important notes:

I have Live Helper Chat installed at https://redfarmaignacio.com/chat
I only want one widget to appear
I have not knowingly added the widget script twice
I'm attaching some screenshots to better illustrate the issue

Can anyone help me figure out what might be causing this and how to fix it?

i just want it to be like the last picture, it actually was fine but IDK what happened i think i modify this index.html but i dont remember what i did there

ok i delete the old one and let the index.html like this and now it works again im really sorry for your time asking this
