Prevent transfer chat to department if destination department is offline

Hello,

just a question about correctly setup transfer workaround in transfer_workflow cron.
Is it correct that chat will be transferred to destination department even if that department is offline (no active operators)?

Because we don't want to have this functionality, so I slightly modified original transfer_workflow cron file and add there check if destination department is online (I did that as our custom extension cron module).

This is just and idea/bugfix, but correct me if I'm wrong.

You are correct. I'll think about adding option Do not transfer to desnition department if it has no online operators in department configuration. Some users want's that if they have like 3 levels of transfer befoe chat appears in final destination department.

Or would be even better if you did that and created a pull request :D
