Some operator can't chat (long time not online)

Dear all, a few operators have been online for a few years back.
They are now joining the operator team.
However, although the operator's status is online, the widget shows no one online.
And I also try to assign other user groups, but still, the problem, even the admin.
What could be a possible problem?

Impossible to tell. Reassign operator departments again just. In department load statistic there is tab which shows all this information...
