some features not working: real-time update of delivery status, preload chat

Hi. I have some customers on an older version (4.29). I have noted that when one has a chat open, the screen does not update the checks to reflect changes on the st_del field. Is this expected? Was it fixed in a later version? My task is to fix it for them on that version (cannot upgrade).

The other thing is chats are not preloaded in most chat windows. In all cases where the chat is opened by clicking on it it will not preload. But if chat is opened by typing number on the Dashboard menu it works. Users have the corresponding checkbox checked.

I'm not sure what you are reporting or expecting, here all works. You can see on demo how all works...
