Remy, hi. I have a question for you. I've broken my head and I don't know how to do it better, given the possibilities of your chat. The main question is what. I want to make an online assistant bot and a menu inside this bot (in the form of buttons) to navigate between them. And depending on the time of day, I want to make different responses from the bot, including different buttons. For example, at night the bot will have a "call operator" button in a certain menu, but at night this button will not be in the same menu. I understand that I can change the lyrics in time using {good_evening__Good evening__t[17:24]}. What is the best way to do this? Should I make different departments based on time? Make different bots for different departments? What would be more correct and what would be better?

2. Bot Triggers with Conditions: Create bot triggers that check if operators are online or offline. You can then define different bot responses, including different sets of buttons, based on these conditions. For example, during offline hours, a trigger could activate a menu without the "call operator" button. I'll answer on Monday that question. In general buttons can have conditions themself. Just need to verify does conditions can check what present time it is or check online operators status.

One way for sure you can use check for conditions to proceed and depending on output show different response :)

Perhaps there is another way to approach this. For example, could I create two separate bots, one for working hours and one for non-working hours? Or am I thinking about this wrong? Is there a different way to solve this problem?

My goal is to make the chat always available to users. However, when the department is online, the bot should issue certain commands and offer buttons. When the department is offline, the bot should provide different commands and messages.

I understand that it is easy to adjust the texts for different times in the current functionality. However, I am not sure what to do with the buttons yet.

If it's just a button check conditions to proceed will do the job. If it's more you can have it a very first trigger and just switch to other trigger/bot.

I understand that there are different ways to do this, but I would like to learn from you how to do it in the most effective and correct way. In other words, I want to make sure that even when the bot is not available for communication during business hours, its menu is still available to the user.

P.S. After the last update, the message about the operator accepting the chat in the Telegram integration disappeared.
P.P.S. There is no such message if the operator is offline or invisible, so I think everything is fine.

Whats wrong now? Why i still see this button?

Get paid support and i see. Condition are checked only once on visitor message :) If at the moment of visitor message you were online. You would see a button even if after 5 seconds you went offline.
