And depending on the time of day, I want to make different responses from the bot, including different buttons. For example, at night the bot will have a "call operator" button in a certain menu, but at night this button will not be in the same menu. I understand that I can change the lyrics in time using {good_evening__Good evening__t[17:24]}. What is the best way to do this? Should I make different departments based on time? Make different bots for different departments? What would be more correct and what would be better?
