Alert for pending chat while chatting

Hi, I hope the day is going well.
I'm using LHC 4.70.

While I'm chatting with someone and then a new chat request come, no sound alert are played in the browser so I dont know about the pending chat if I don't see the number of queued chat in the relative tab.

There is a settings somewhere I can change for be informed also with the acustic sound?

Found, there is a checkbox in sound and sync settings.
