Add autosplitter for Windswept (#2605)

Adds an autosplitter for https://store.steampowered.com/app/1660960/Windswept/ . Windswept is conventionally timed with IGT; this ASL script can produce IGT from the in-game timer and also pause the timer when it's paused in game. It can also automatically split when a level is completed.
