Fast Load does not Swap out Edited Modules

Describe the bug
Fast-load does not swap out ide/text/search.js after editing it.

To Reproduce
I suspect this is also true for other modules and a (quite severe) fast load bug at the moment. I added a debugger statement in the before-mentioned file, saved if repeatedly, and triggered the search dialogue. Nothing happened. When I reloaded with &fastLoad=false, the breakpoint was hit immediately after triggering the search the first time.

Yes, we managed to merge completely broken code in #1713. The method I introduced returns the wrong variable, it's kinda insane. Since then reviving modules in fast load is broken. I will prepare a fix as soon as possible.
