ROS2 Humble LIVOX AVIA driver installation

Hi everyone,

As with many of the issues and pull requests I've seen so far, the core of my message is about the ROS2 Humble Ubuntu 22.04 Livox driver installation.

I've checked all the issues in this repository, but I haven't found any clear instructions on how to install this package to use the Livox AVIA with the mentioned setup.

Could someone provide step-by-step instructions on how to install this interface, including any necessary modifications? I believe this could be helpful for others visiting this repository and encountering the same problem.
