All of a sudden all controllers (Android, xbox or shield) No longer function properly.

Hi ya'll
The most oddest thing happened to me. The kids was playing Animal Crossing and the controller stopped working properly. I would work but as if it was broken. I was so upset. I assumed they dropped it.

I went into the bedroom and tried to boot up Moonlight on the Chromecast and it did but the OTHER controller did the same issues.
This is odd because the launchbox theme had the same "broken" controls. I also tried on my phone and the on screen display was not working. This is before I get into Retroarch.

I have no idea what I am looking for to fix!

Please let me know ANY suggestions on how to get this back on board.
