Issue with Sunshine Streaming on Windows after Setting Display Orientation to Portrait

Hello everyone,

I'm encountering an issue with Sunshine streaming on Windows when I set the display orientation to portrait. Instead of streaming the content, I only get a black screen. I'm wondering if there's a solution to this problem.

Steps to reproduce:

- Set the display orientation to portrait mode on a Windows system.
- Launch Sunshine and attempt use moonlight to stream content.
- Observe that only a black screen is displayed instead of the expected content.

Expected behavior:
Sunshine should be able to stream content successfully even when the display orientation is set to portrait mode.

Additional information:

- Operating System: Windows 11
- Sunshine version: 0.20.0
- I have tried restarting the system and relaunching Sunshine, but the issue persists.
- Streaming works fine when the display orientation is set to landscape mode.

Has anyone else encountered a similar problem? If so, I would greatly appreciate any insights or suggestions on how to resolve this issue.
