Delay stream start

This will also be a cool addition (as a toggable settings of course) to specify a an amount of seconds of delay until the stream starts.
This would help with take a bit longer to get launched and you would not be left hanging on the desktop screen with a half window game window struggling to go full screen and you will get already in game.
During the wait period an art of some kind could be displayed with the message loading.
Would make the process a bit more like a concosle UI experience.
