Debug: Source format [DXGI_FORMAT_R16G16B16A16_FLOAT] error, followed by program exit

A few days ago my VM was streaming with no issues.
However, today I booted up the VM and the below error pops up when I try to run the sunshine executable. Right after the error is displayed the program exits.
Debug: Source format [DXGI_FORMAT_R16G16B16A16_FLOAT]

I'm using windows 10 in a hyper-v vm with a partitioned 3090

I don't think I changed anything in the VM since the streaming originally worked. After the issue popped up I tried:

• Restarting the VM and host
• Reset the GPU partition.
• Disabling and reenabling sunshine service.

Nothing I've tried so far changes the debug error or stops the program from exiting. I'm not sure how to troubleshoot from here.

Fixed it. I installed all the optional windows updates on my host PC and everything seems to work fine now.
