can't run any commands , all shows Permission denied, also the commands bundled inside windows like "TIMEOUT,ping"
not working both on elevated or NOT elevated
it's weird that on my PC , it's working smoothly , but on my laptop , it can't . already reinstall clean windows11 on laptop, not working.
