Running the nightly from 9/17/2023. Before was running release 0.20.0. This is in a clean Windows 11 with a few apps installed for remote video editing/rendering. I use MSI Afterburner to control how much GPU usage my RTX 4090 runs based on usage. Normally it's sitting at like 200MHz vs the max 1700MHz I have it set to when actively using. When I'm RDP in it sits at that 210MHz. When I used to use Moonlight to connect it it still sat at that 210MHz. Now it seems to sit around 1580MHz or so all the time when actively connected to Sunshine. Any thoughts?
Also I saw after installing this version and then an hour later, some popup for something like vizig update or something like that to install but x'd out of it. Wasn't sure where it was coming from.
One other note, I went to nightly after setting up ResolutionAutomation and it not working without the logs in debug mode. The beta didn't require this but also required the nightly so upgraded both and noticed this. Not sure if related or which is doing what.
Expected Behavior
Not run my GPU like that when connected like it used to work?
