I need to unintall the 730 in 12400 in the Device Manager to use sunshine

Firstly,I am sorry that I could not find the FAQ or Known Bugs on github website.I am glad if someone could show me the way.Thanks.

I describe the problem.With a virtue moniter,no real moniter and a 12400 with 730 ,and 4060,and win11,I can use the shield in geforce experience,but I could not use sunshine.
It reports "check your firewall and check port udp 47998,48000".With Parse,I am sure my host receive the information from my laptop,I could control the mouse and could click,but it is all black from moonlight.
I need to unintall the 730 in 12400 in the Device Manager to use sunshine.(It takes me several days to find the reason.)

I advise to put the FAQ or Known Bugs in readme so that someone with poor English like me could find it easily.Thanks to develop sunshine.I enjoy it.
