Option to stream AC3 instead of forced PCM audio

Right now Sunshine only streams uncompressed PCM audio, but there are some environments where it could be helpful to have AC3 (5.1 channels) compressed stream, the same than it happens with the image (HEVC, AV1, H264, etc). It could be very useful to have AC3 on demand to help the Moonlight Tizen app to have 5.1 sound and not only stereo sound as it's right now.

AFAIK it should not be a very complicated addition to perform a little change on the host to allow optional sending audio in AC3 encoded format. Please consider it and vote for this feature as an option for next releases.
