Create a shortcut list in sunshine that can be used in moonlight

After a lot of playing time on moonlight (QT and Android) I realize that the possibility of launching shortcut keys is missing.

For example:

I'm in game, it's stuttering I would like to see if my GPU is close to 100%, I need to take out a keyboard to send the shortcuts to display the RTSS overlay.
Same for returning to windows etc.

I think it would be interesting to create a shortcut list in sunshine that we could use in moonlight.

For example there is this ticket (moonlight-stream/moonlight-android#1219) which uses the code from another ticket (moonlight-stream/moonlight-android#1171).

I recompiled them to work with the latest version of moonlight-android

They allow you to show/hide the performance overlay and send hotkeys but I think it would make more sense to create a list in sunshine because everyone has different needs.

I may be the only one who has this need.
