Low Framerate Stream On Windows

Hi, I have an issue with sunshine in windows, I tried to use it instead of geforce expeience an found that when i launch playnite or bigbox the menus that dont have animations make the FPS of the stream Very slow going to single digits framerate, I see that peope with linux had the same issue but I need help to fix it in windows, enabling the software renderer kind of fixed the issue but i want to fix it for my gpu
