If I move the mouse quickly, the frame rate can reach 60 frames per second, but when I play a 60 frame video or play a game, the streaming frame rate of Moonlight is only 30-40 frames per second |

Maybe try IddCx-based virtual displays, though OpenGL/Vulkan are no longer available. |

Describe the Bug
Since switching to dynamic frame rate, when playing games in Hyper-V, the dynamic frame rate during streaming when playing games is only 30~40,but with openstream, the frame rate can reach 60 frames per second (early fixed frame rate versions of Sunshine?). Can you add a fixed frame rate option (such as 60 frames, 90 frames, etc.)
