build error when parsing docs files

When I try to build sunshine with Tag v2025.122.141614
building errors appear a lot about many Markdown files, such as getting_started.md, app_examples.md, troubleshooting.md and etc.
all errors are the same, as below
I guess there is something wrong with my Doxygen, its version is 1.13.1.
OS: win11 24H2 26100.2605
