Hello! Was looking to perform a distupgrade on my Fedora 41 system to Fedora 42, but when performing the distupgrade it looks like there's not a version available for Fedora 42.

Would it be possible to update the copr to begin builds to prepare for Fedora 42's release? It additionally looks like the package mentioned has a Fedora 42 verison available ( https://packages.fedoraproject.org/pkgs/miniupnpc/miniupnpc/fedora-42.html ). Thank you!

I've applied a temporary fix to the issue linked above; however there is another issue with enabling Fedora 42.

So, the only option as far as I know would be to disable cuda/Nvidia support if in Fedora 42 but I'm not sure that's acceptable.
