Implement upcoming Kyber protocol based on QUIC to get minimum latency, see more at https://media.frnog.org/FRnOG_39/FRnOG_39-6.pdf
All capabilities supported by VLC for a client device will also be supported by Kyber (including codecs like HEVC and AV-1), allowing low-latency streaming for low-end devices, tablets, Apple Vision Pro...
Project leader claims that at this time, they achieved to get only 8ms of latency
