Add option "Disable host monitor" (or set minimal bright) when client joined

Personally, I need it so that the main monitor doesn't light up the room at night. But there are probably other uses.

Sunshine won't work if the monitor is off

Then set minimal brightness

You can do this via do/undo commands. This is out of scope of Sunshine
