Hi there,

Id like to request support for USB MIDI controllers (or general USB passthrough) in Sunshine.
My use case is music production via remote streaming. I connect my MIDI controller (e.g., Akai MPK Mini) to my phone while using Moonlight to stream from my PC. Currently, since Sunshine doesn’t support USB passthrough, the controller isn’t recognized on the host machine.

It would be amazing if there were an option to pass through USB devices like MIDI controllers from the client device to the host. Even experimental or partial support would open the door for a lot of creative workflows beyond gaming.

Thanks for all the work you have done on Sunshine it’s an awesome project!

It's on our roadmap, but no one is working on this as far as I know. Contributions welcome.

You can always use VirtualHere or similar software until something is integrated directly.
