Add option to deactivate display after stream ends

There are a few options when a stream starts to activate a display and make it primary, but I'd like an additional option to deactivate that display after the stream ends.

For example:

Not streaming: Only PC monitor is activated/enabled
Starting: Dummy HDMI adapter is activated/enabled (and maybe disable PC monitor)
End stream: Dummy HDMI adapter is deactivated and PC monitor is re-activated

The current feature automatically reverts display topology changes when streaming ends (or at least attempts to).

Hmmm... I think I'm doing something wrong.

The initial state is two monitors with the Windows Display Settings set to [Show only on 2]. (ie. disable the dummy plug which is monitor 1)

Is this wrong?

It seems to be working now after a few resets and the [Reset Persistent Display Device Settings]
