OFFLINE Mode / LAN only instance switch

For privacy, security, latency or whatsoever, I'd like to propose a way to force Sunshine to have a LAN only/LAN exclusive mode on a tick box or something like that in it's network settings.
This "forced offline mode" could even be a way to improve debugging issues and connections, making it easier to find issues while using it throughout layers like tailscale and other services.

Disabling upnp will achieve what you want. It's disabled by default as well. https://docs.lizardbyte.dev/projects/sunshine/latest/md_docs_2configuration.html#upnp

If you manually port forwarded, you'll have to disable that.

Anyway, closing as not planned as "LAN only" mode is the default.
