Ability to rotate incoming stream from a native portrait display

I own a GPD Win 4 and I reflashed it's display to be it's native portrait orientation (because the I2C chip inside it responsible for rotating it into a landscape display adds extra 3 frames of input lag).

Before I did that, streaming from Bazzite to Windows was fine. But now my output in Moonlight client is rotated:

I mentioned this in Bazzite support first, they suggested to report a rotating stream feature request here. If not possible on host's side, maybe this is a Moonlight feature request instead and I'm not fully sure - please excuse me if this is the wrong place then.

How you do that? Reflash display?
