How can I stop Sunshine from starting when I turn on my computer?
It doesn't appear under Startup Applications in Task Manager.
It's very annoying to keep closing the app.

Disable the sunshine service in services.msc

what is the start menu? how do i access to it??

He means the Windows start menu. Click the Windows start icon and start typing services or use the WIN + R keys and type services.msc and hit return.
