Never mind, I just noticed power draw went to 120W if I just let it run for a bit, so maybe whatever subsystems in sunshine goes to sleep eventually |

OS: CachyOS
Sunshine version: 2025.628.4510-3
GPU: Evga 3080 10gb
Installed with pacman
Recently did an update and noticed that at Idle my power draw was way up. (I have a wattage screen on my PSU).
I started closing some applicatoins and the second I turned off Sunshine it went from 190W draw to 120W so I'm pretty sure it's sunshine that's causing the extra power draw at Idle.
My best guess is this CUDA bug here elFarto/nvidia-vaapi-driver#74, where just turning on the CUDA cores puts the GPU into a higher power state.
My question is, did something change recently? Is there any configuration I can do to locally fix this? I don't know if the latest version of sunshine fixes this as I don't particularly want to try and compile the binaries myself just yet.
