Update for Sunshine winget package

Any plans on opening another PR to update Sunshines winget package? I see the original was closed due to this AV flagging issue. microsoft/winget-pkgs#269963

Stable release is already set in stone, so it will still be flagged.

That's a shame -- what do you recommend for people running the old WinGet package? Just uninstall and install manually? Not sure if there's an easier way to keep it updated and still tacked via WinGet.

Using our installer does exactly what winget does, so if they accept future releases it should be seamless to go back to winget.

You don't need to uninstall the winget one, you can just install the new one over top of the previous.
