Sunshine is under GPLv3 license, you explicitly CAN use it for anything you want, except of making proprietary products without disclosure of source code for your mods (GPL license is a viral copyleft license that requires all mods being open-sourced, and embedding GPL-licensed code into something, turns that into GPL-licensed automatically). Moonlight client is also GPLv3 licensed. |

Also: GPL-licensed software even can be sold (for example in a set of bundle of various software on one single CD), but nobody can sub-license (i.e. install own conditions, restrictions, etc. GPL explicitly prohibits sub-licensing), you can't forbid free re-sharing and reselling, and you can't forbid mods, source code alternations, etc. |
