"Subscribe to Mailing List" Button Issue in Footer

Button does not work at the moment. The link used in the code base seems to be the problem.

I think this can be solved by changing the link for the footer on every page to this: https://groups.google.com/a/seattlecommunitynetwork.org/g/volunteers

People who want to join will have to manually click the join button. I don't think Google Groups has an ability to create an invite link.

Also, this issue involves fixing the footer link in all the HTML files. This would probably be easier to do if #12 is finished first
