Linux builds

I'm using LogExpert on Windows and I am very happy with it.
However I am also running linux and it would be nice if I could run LogExpert there, too.
Would it be possible to compile it for linux?

Not sure, since it is uses winforms and Windows Api Calls, you could try to build the repo on a linux machine, my linux knowledge is very limited so I haven't tried it yet, but it's definitely on my wish list to make platform independent

Thank you for the quick reply.
I did a quick google search and winforms will not work on linux.
To make it platform independent this would have to be replaced with, e.g. MAUI or Avalonia

Yeah, I already working on a specification and implementation plan to remove the dependencies in the winform files, probably a MVVM style model, where a UI from another platform can work with the data. But this is a little bit in the future, since the decoupling is quite complex
